Risco grinder for processing fresh meat and other fresh food products. Suitable for small-medium productions, this grinder has a 200-litre bowl capacity and a 130-mm output grinding plate size. Different cutting combinations and different diameters of grinding holes allow change for different types of ground meat, quickly. The quality of production is guaranteed by a net cutting action of the product. It is possible to connect an optional de-boning system.
