The mixer with intersecting paddles for medium and large industries

This Risco mixer has a 750-litre bowl capacity. The RS 750 is suitable for medium-large meat industries; it features the Risco mixing operation with intersecting mixing paddles and frontal discharge, without the need to tip over the bowl. Products such as, cheese, vegetables, confectionery and others are mixed in a gentle way, guaranteeing original colour retention and quality, with a uniform distribution at over 95%. The new 10-program microprocessor includes a timer for the complete mixing cycle. The programs are set by the operator and easily recalled during the day. The mixer can be supplied with a vertical loader for automatic loading of the carts.
