ATM 202 forming machine is an ideal system to produce bars at high speed coming from meat, fish, vegetarian or pastry dough. The guillotine is directly connected to the Risco continuous vacuum filler and it provides precise weight and a clean cut of the portions. It features a pneumatic cut-off device and can be implemented into a whole line to produce bars, cylinders or custom shapes. The extruded product may be of cylindrical, square or other geometric shape upon request of the producer. The equipment is mounted on wheels and it complete with a product conveyor belt with adjustable speed to match the further process and grant a more automated production.
